    Robotics company Symbotic agrees to take control of Walmart’s automation business for $200M in cash and up to $350M in “additional contingent consideration”  —  Walmart and Symbotic announced a deal Tuesday that would find the Massachusetts robotics firm taking control of the mega-retailer’s automation business.
