Google Play and Apple’s App Store still aren’t offering TikTok in the US; Sen. Cotton warns of “ruinous liability”, as Trump says there’s “no liability”  —  TikTok announced on Sunday that it’s “in the process of restoring service,” but the app is still unavailable in the App Store and Google Play.
