Several empty trailers who drew illegal occupants and caused a legal battle in Los Angeles County, are now creating a great headache for neighbors and officials in Riverside County.

The approximately 70 trailers that were stored in a vacant lot in the city of Wildomar were removed earlier this year of another empty lot in the city of the industry, while the agents of the seriff of the Los Angeles County supervised the eviction. Trailers attracted occupants for occupants who turned the Much in an improvised camp for homeless people.

Although the black series trailers are no longer a problem for the city of the industry and the Los Angeles County authorities, Wildomar officials say that the trailers are now a nuisance for them. Wildomar authorities say that the owner of the Trailers did not obtain the focus of the city necessary to place them in an empty lot that feels close to several houses.

The city of Wildomar is in the process of obsessing an order to eliminate trailers after trying to work with the owner, The mayor of Wildomar, Ashlee Dephillippo, said in a statement. Trailers violate the city’s zoning and fire code, he said, added that the matter is a case of application of the wave code.

Wildomar officials notified the owner of the Trail on Tuesday that trailers must move within 48 hours or that the city would do it and charge the owner the costs. Dephillippo said that while the city took into account the owner of the trailer and seeks a court order, the trailers cannot be withdrawn before the end of the week.

“I want to be clear, the issuance of the order may not align with a 48 -hour notice, and we must wait for the clean order to be in place before being able to enter the property,” he said.

On Tuesday, two cards were published in a chain link fence that surrounds trailers in Palomar Street’s block 20700, according to the neighbors.

The letters were aimed at Hongwei Qiu and Zihan Feng, according to copies of the letters shared online. Qiu, who owns the black series based in Uplia, Stille Inless Steel, did not respond to requests for comments on the trailers after the city issued its order of removal.

Trailers parked in poor condition on Wildomar property are found on the Black Series website from $ 44,000 to $ 50,000 each.

In an interview with CBS NewsQiu apologized to residents and the city.

He said he was aware that the trailers were violating the city’s code and understands that residents are concerned that empty trailers can attract occupants.

“We regret … because of the feeling, because they read the news. Of course, they are worried that the same security problem can happen to their neighborhood,” he said.

The Wildomar resident, Jessica Hume, began the trailers of the black series that took the property at the end of 2024. The trailers of the city of the industry may have begun to get to Wildomar near the beginning of 2025.

Hume faced a man who was leaving a trailer. She said she delivered her phone and Qiu tried to explain that she was not aware of the city’s zoning codes. His recently apologies to the community feels hollow, he said.

“He apologized and then brought more trailers,” he said. “That is manipulation.”

On Thursday, Hume observed how a person tried to destroy a chain link fence and try to access trailers.

She told them not to do that because it would be illegal.

“I am a little Irish woman and I feel that I am out there watching the property,” Hume said.

The compliance manager of the Wildomar Code, Raul Berrotereran, updated the City Council on April 9 that the owner of the property where the trailers are trying to evict Qiu.

Only two days before the meeting, Berroteran said he witnessed an employee of the black series another trailer on the property. He notified a company representative about zoning violations and the company continued to request an extension in the timeline to eliminate trailers.
