Training for Monday, June 1, 2026 (week 12, day 1, spring 2026), end of season
This is the End of season training for spring 2026. This is to help athletes prepare for the end of the season, which will take place June 1-21.
(Upcoming meets, HOKA Festival of Miles, June 4, Brooks PR Invitational, June 7, Adrian Martinez Classic, June 7,
Nike Outdoor, June 18-20, NB Outdoor, June 18-20).
On June 1 we will begin the pre-season of the RBR summer mile program and we encourage runners from 400 meters and up to try it.
We will also continue training for track and field through NIKE Outdoor and New Balance Outdoors, which will take place June 18-21.
Your Monday training: Warm up, 30 minutes of moderate running, 6 strides of 150 meters, 15 minutes of easy running, cool down well, hydrate.
