An illegal migrant reduced by the Biden administration has been accused of raping a 13 -year -old Florida boy who was playing hidden with his younger brother behind home, authorities said.
Samuel Cobos-Carmona, a 20-year-old Mexican citizen, supposedly confessed that the sexual assaulted the victim after he “became friend” of him and his 8-year-old brother while playing the game office, according to Charlotte 13.
“While I was in the forest with these two, he is sexual sexual to a 13 -year -old boy, both orally and annually,” Sheriff Bill Prummell said Thursday.
The incident was not reported until a week later,
Cobos-Carmona was arrested on Monday and accused of lascivious and lascivious battery that involved a victim of 12 to 16 years.
“We are going to work very hard with the state prosecutor’s office and our federal partners to ensure that the individual does not see the daylight again,” said Prummel.

Cobos-Carmona had first entered the United States illegally in 2021, but was caught and torn to Mexico, said the Sheriff.
He illegally returned the following year and fled to the state of Sunshine after evading the Texas authorities.
“It was located in Sarasota, Florida, in July 2024, but due to the policy of capture and release of Biden-Harris, it was returned to our community,” said Prummell.
“The people of the question why Myelf and my fellow Sheriff in the state of Florida are working with our federal partners to round out people like this to get them out of here is why.”
