The authorities in the Mexican border state of Tamaulipas remain with tight lips about the rescue of 21 victims who had been kidnapped by armed men of poster and apparently were in the process of being prescribed in the criminal organization. Government officials have been actively trying to cover up mass kidnapping and rescue while claiming that the region is safe.
