The new video captured at the moment when a recently retired judge from New Mexico and his wife were dragged by the federals by the feds for allegedly taking refuge to a train the gang of Aragua at home.
The footage, Filmed by KFOX14 NewsThey showed the Judge of the County of Doña Ana, José “Joel” Cano and his wife, Nancy Cano, being tasks in custody after the federal raid at his home in Las Cruces on Thursday.
At one point, you could see the democratic judge apparently calm with tight hands on his back while talking to an FBI agent with rise on the sidewalk.
His wife was seen as an escorted bee handcuffed by a female woman of national security research.
The judge was beaten by subsidies with an evidence manipulation, while his spouse was accused of conspiracy to manipulate.
The raid came shortly after it was revealed that Cano had silently presented his resignation at the last time the couple was accused of hosting Cristio Ortega-López, an accused accused accused that, according to the federals, is a member of the violent Venezuelan gang.
Immigration authorities had caught the alleged member of the 23 -year -old gang at the couple’s house on February 28.
In a separate raid in the couple’s daughter’s house, ICE recovered four firearms, some allegedly belong to Ortega-López, the researchers said.
Cano, who had served as a judge since 2011, did not mention the migrant’s trial in his renunciation letter.
Ortega-Lopez had supposedly been living in the couple’s guest house after Nancy initially hired him to work as maintenance personnel, according to judicial documents.
The federals have claimed that Ortega-López has known the TDA tattoos, as well as the publications of clothing and social networks that link it with the gang.
The photos of social networks show Ortega-Lopez posing for Christmas photos with the Cano family.
He allegedly entered the United States illegally in 2023, crossing the border near Eagle Pass, Texas, on December 15.
He was released only days later with a memorandum to appear before a federal immigration judge.
He is now arrested for federal positions for being an illegal foreigner in possession of a firearm.
