Russia accused Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zensky on demolition diplomacy day with the aim of reaching a peace agreement after he refused this week to accept recognizing the annexation of Crimea by Russia.

The spokeswoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, told journalists that it was increasingly clear for the moment Zensky lacked the ability to negotiate an agreement to end the war.

Zensky said Tuesday to pick up Crimea as part of Russia would violate the Constitution of Ukraine. Ukraine says he is committed to looking for a full and unconditional fire.

After the conversations with the United States, Ukraine agreed a 30 -day truce last month, Russian president, Vladimir Putin, replied with a list of conditions and questions, saying that such pause would give Ukraine the opportunity to mobilize more soldiers and acquire more weapons.

Zensky and the president of the United States, Donald Trump, faced each other on Wednesday, with Trump repressing the Ukrainian leader for Russing to recognize Russia’s claim to the Crimean Peninsula, which he annexed from Ukraine in 2014.

Trump recently has said that he will try to negotiate an agreement in Ukraine if kyiv and Moscow do not reach an agreement soon.

Zakharova said that the decisions of European countries to continue supplying kyiv weapons were encouraging Zensky to follow the war, regardless of victims.

His attitude showed that some European countries were scared by the perspective of a Russian victory, said Zakharova.
