The rights groups have denounced Israeli attacks against Lebanon, saying that they are violating the truce agreement.

On Sunday, Israeli combat aircraft attacked the suburbs of southern Beirut after issuing a warning of one more hour, marking the third Israeli strike in the area from the high the fire of November. The Israeli army said it hit a precision -guided missile installation.

After the strike, Lebanese president Joseph Aoun accused Israel of undermining stability in Lebanon and increasing tensions. He said that Israeli attacks represent “real dangers for security” of the region.

“Yesterday, an aggression addressed the South Suburbs of Beirut. This attack lacks justification … It is a political attack aimed at changing the rules by force,” Qassem said about Sunday’s attack.

“The resistance complied 100 percent with the [ceasefire] Deal and I tell state officials that it is their duty to guarantee protection, ”said Qassem, adding that Lebanese officials must contact the sponsors of Alto El Fuego to press Israel to stop attacks.

“Put pressure on the United States and make you understand that Lebanon cannot increase if aggression does not stop,” Qassem said, pointing to Lebanese officials. He added that the United States has interests in Lebanon and “stability achieves these interests.”

Qassem said that the priority should be for a complete Israeli withdrawal of Lebanon, the end of Israeli attacks in the country and the liberation of heroes of the Lebanese peoples in Israel since the War official ended on November 27.

Hezbolá began throwing rockets, drones and missiles to Israel the day after his ally Hamas led the attack of October 7, 2023 and Israel responded with a massive bombing of Gaza. Some 1,200 people in Israel were killed and another 251 others were kidnapped the attack in southern Israel.

The war was further lit last September when Israel carried out waves of air attacks throughout Lebanon and murdered most of the group’s main leaders, including Hassan Nasrallah. The fight killed more than 4,000 people in Lebanon, most civilians.
