National Air and Space Museum to reveal more renovated galleries on July 28

From the friendship 7 of John Glenn to the new Blue Origin Shepard, the space capsules and more will return to Orrefbre on exhibition with the opening of five “reinvented” galleries in the National Museum of Air and Space this summer.

Other areas of the reopening of the National Air and Space Museum at the same time include three aviation theme rooms: “Barron Hilton Pioners of Flight”, “World War: the birth of military aviation” and the Gallery of Innovations Allan Holt.

The eight removal galleries that are still renewed are scheduled to open on July 1, 2026, the 50th anniversary of the National Air Museum and the space and time for the 250th anniversary of the United States. They are also opened next year, ending renewals, there are the “Textron how things fly”, “Jay I. Kislak World War II in the air” and the galleries of “Modern Military Aviation”, as well as the “Flight and Arts Center”.

Free synchronized entry passes are required to visit. The passes for the opening and beyond July 28 will be sheets on the website of the National Air and Space Museum on June 13.
