An apartment in 13b/24 Breaker Street, Main Beach will put under the hammer on May 24, will proceed to charity.


Sick Children and Australia’s Wildlife will benefit from the sale of a Gold Coast apartment, with all the prodetten of the deceased farm that will be divided between nominated beneficial organizations.

The property in Breaker Street, Main Beach is under the hammer on May 24, with the sale price except legal fees and the commission to be donated to the non -profit groups foundation of the Children Hospital and the Foundation for National Parks and Wilder’s wishes.

Tina Nenadic and Julianne Petersen by Gold Coast Property Sales & Rentals – Gold Coast listed the house, with procedures the day organized by Apollo Auccs.

“The late owner always loved and enjoyed the children, so he is leaving the funds to the foundation of the Children Hospital,” Nenadic said.

“She was very passionate about that.

“He was also passionate about wildlife and animals.”

Mrs. Nenadic said the two bedroom apartment, in the entrance tower, offered a huge plane of 190 square meters with impressive views.

“A quite large apartment is real in a building that is occupied by 90 percent of the owners,” said Nenadic.

“Many people buy in the building for their retirement and are attracted to the location on the main beach.”

Resident facilities include a pool.


The residence has opening life and dining areas that open to the outdoor balcony.

“The late owner renewed the kitchen and everything else is in very good condition,” he said.

“There is not much to make you move and enjoy.”

Mrs. Nenadic said she had received a lot of interest in the marketing campaign.

“We have people who had already lived in the building, people who are about to retire and people who also want a second place in Gold Coast,” he said.

“I have mentioned the auction (of charity) and all potential buyers have said” how sweet that is. “



The average price of apartments on the main beach is $ 1.4 million, 1.6 percent less in 12 months.

Property records reveal that the deceased owner paid $ 380,000 for the Breaker ST apartment in 1992.
