The fact that? Boots has launched a training program in dermatology nationwide for its pharmacists, complemented by a skin analysis tool, with the aim of improving skin care support in its United Kingdom stores.

The details In collaboration with L’Oréal Groupe and the Dr. Justine Hextall, Boots Consulting Dermatologist has developed a training program approved by the British Dermatologists Association. This initiative equips pharmacists to advise on common skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and hyperpigmentation, without the need for appointments. Competitive, Boots introduced the smartskin checker, a tool based on the available through its online, capable or detection medical service for more than 70 skin conditions through photo loads.

Why? With the skin conditions that represent one in four GP consultations in England and Wales, Boots aims to alleviate medical care pressures by providing accessible support for skin care in the store. The integration of pharmaceutical training and AI technology reflects a strategic movement to position boots as a main destination for skin care advice, professional experience combined with innovative digital tools.
