So I thought I would try a little experiment. After a primary care visit, I come a couple of references. I am investigating what I could discover about where to go and what could be the cost. And what connection, if ever, between my primary care group (a doctor), the facilities and the specialists to which they referred me, and my health plan, Blue Shield.
