Who is Dr Roger Korby? A brief history of Christine Chapel’s new boyfriend in ‘Star Trek: Strange New Worlds’

After the skirmish of life or death of the previous mission with the Gorn, “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds” Season 3 Episode 2, “Wedding Bell Blues”, adjusts the course to enjoy some issues of the heart.

Nurse Christine Chapel has been out for three months, and Mr. Spock still has a torch for her ex -girlfriend. Unfortunately for the company’s science officer, however, she takes home with a new boyfriend, and her identity will be familiar for fans of the original series.

A Q (played by Rhys Darby) does everything possible to twist the love triangle in favor of Spock, but fate, also known as existing canon, means that Christine and Dr. Roger Korby have Being together, if it’s just for a short time. Together with his former Brown assistant (an old acquaintance of the chapel) and a woman named Andrea (No An old acquaintance of the chapel), Korby has survived underground in a quick network of caves. These caves were a home for the “old”, the original inhabitants of Exo III who moved from the planet’s surface when the weather became too cold.

He tries to assure the chapel that “I am still the same as before”, but his obsessive behavior (he executes Jen becomes an incidentality, summons her that he is no longer the man who fell in love. He anguished, Korby ends up vaping to himself anda Andrea with a Phaser.

Back in the company, Kirk tells Spock that Dr. Korby “was never here”, while the afflicted chapel decides to stay on the ship.
