What to watch:
European 60 meters indoor champion 2025 Jeremías Azú will make a rare appearance in the 200 meters. Azu won the British Indoor title over this distance in February with an overall time of 20.77. He will also compete with his Welsh teammates in the 4x100m in preparation for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in July.
Also fresh from the World Athletics Relays, watch out for the European under-20 champion Charlotte Henrich in the 400m. The 19-year-old anchored Great Britain to fourth place in the women’s 4x400m final with a striking anchor leg of 49.40. Henrich’s relief partner is also on the field. poppy malik and from ireland Sofia Becker.

The men’s 3,000 meters present another exciting perspective Sebastian Lorstad from Sweden. Lörstad, who turned 18 last month, ran 28:21 for 10km in February to become the fastest European under-20 player in history apart from Jakob Ingebrigtsen. It’s no stretch to suggest that Lörstad could even get close to the old European under-20 3,000m record of 7:43.20.
In the women’s 800 meters, the Australian Catriona Bissetwho is part of the same training group as Keely Hodgkinson and Georgia Hunter Bell, heads a strong group that also includes the British Abigail IvesIreland Luisa Shanahan, and belgian Vanessa Scaunet.
The best of the British will compete in the men’s 800 meters with Henry Jonah, Justin Davies, and Callum Doddsall of whom broke the 1:45 barrier last year, among the most notable participants.

But the highlight of the meet will likely be the men’s 1,500m, in which the world 5,000m silver medalist excels. Isaac Kimeli. The Belgian faces his fellow world medalist Ben Pattisonbronze medalist in the 800 m at the 2023 World Athletics Championships and multiple European under-23 cross country champion Will Barnicoat.
