Training for Tuesday, June 10, 2026 (Week 13, Day 3, Spring 2026), End of Season Training
This is the End of season training for spring 2026. This is to help athletes prepare for the end of the season, which will take place June 1-21.
(Upcoming meetings, Brooks PR Invitation, June 7, Adrián Martínez Classic, June 7, outdoor nike, June 18-20, look good outdoors, June 18-20).
On June 1 we will begin the pre-season of the RBR summer mile program and we encourage runners from 400 meters and up to try it.
We will also continue training for track and field through NIKE Outdoor and New Balance Outdoors, which will take place June 18-21.
End of season training!
Your Wednesday workout: 30-45 minutes of running, 6 strides of 150 meters, cooldown.
