In Parisian sensual conditions, which led to fast times, the 26 -year -old player certainly did.

Placing third behind Azeddine Habz in France and Phanuel Kipkosgei Koech, Mills decimated its best maximum

In one of the largest 1500 million races in recent history, Habz was sixth in the global list of all time and Koech established a worldwide  for less than 20 records in second place in the classification of all time of the United Kingdom.

When jumping from the tenth to the second, the tastes of Mo Farah, Sebastian Coe, Steve Cram and Steve Ovett on that list, with only Josh Kerr ahead of the British now.

Still in shock after his performance, Mills revealed his emotions to Aw In Paris in Stade Charléty.

“I didn’t expect that today honestly,” he said. “I knew I was more than 5000m, running 12: 46.59, and then I made 1500m in Stockholm. So I felt good in the last two days before this race.

“I have not done so much 1500m of work. Everything we have leg preparation was more than 5000m. That career in Stockholm has really brought me and has given me the opportunity to boost it today.

“It has tried to consistency, hard work and have a great team. I have great support and we are pressing the right points. After the Disappointing Olympic Games last year, it is really important to intensify this ison. This is my.

“The work I have done has not been a sacrifice in my eyes, since this is what I love to do. I have the best job in the world and it is about coming here and showing the world all the hard work we do. To whom, Nery is six mats of six teams, family and friends, who make me realize at a high level.

“I really haven’t thought about that [when surpassing the likes of Farah, Coe, Cram and Ovett] But I feel this is what I want to do. This is my way in sport now and won the work stop. I need to win medals now, since all these names have important world medals. That is the following on my list. ”
