British Runner stuns his legs with a comfortable victory on Sunday, since we bring our last resistance round throughout the United Kingdom

Darlington 10 km, Durham County, August 3

Marc Scott had things in his own way by winning more than 200 meters at 29:47.

It was the first departure of the 3000 m bronze medalist of 2022 World 3000m from a couple of first -class efforts in Spain at the beginning of the year. There, Scott ran 28:15 10 km in Valencia before a half marathon of 61:00 in Barcelona in February.

The Women’s Section saw Heather Towsend win around 100 meters in 33:48. It was the fifth victory of Leeds City Runner on the roads this year, which included a better 33:24 personal staff in Dewsbury in February.

Behind South Africa 2:24:03 Marathoner Gerda Steyn 34:10, Top W45 Kirsty Longley Tok Third at 35:47.

After two second places here in recent years, Edward Buck finally promoted a victory, at 23:57, a time just a second out of his best moment, set here in 2023.

In doing so, the Runner of AC Newark ended a recent chain of victories in Lincolnshire, which included a third Lincoln 5 km five days before, by Will Strangeway, whose 24:08 was comfortably a better personal moment.

Pat Jackman made a Newark double when he took the women’s section at 28:14.

The series returned to Combe, but approximately a longer course when Matthew blocks the tables in Marcus Shantry, which he had won five weeks before.
