THE FACT THAT? LVMH has announced a series of senior management appointments to strengthen its organization and support its long-term sustainable growth strategy.
THE DETAILS Véronique Courtois has been appointed president and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and CEO of LVMH’s beauty division, joining the group’s executive committee and maintaining leadership of Parfums Christian Dior. Antoine Arnault, Director of Image and Environment, also joins the Executive Committee, expanding his powers in overseeing image, communication and sustainability initiatives, including the LIFE 360 roadmap. Meanwhile, Stéphane Rinderknech, who previously led the expansion of LVMH Hospitality and the Beauty Division, is leaving the Group to pursue personal projects. LVMH CEO Stéphane Bianchi praised Rinderknech’s contributions and highlighted Courtois and Arnault’s experience, leadership and alignment with the Group’s values.
THE WHY? The appointments are designed to ensure continuity, strengthen strategic oversight of the Beauty Division and reinforce LVMH’s focus on brand desirability, sustainability and long-term growth following the departure of a key executive.
