THE DETAILS The company completed the sale of Avon International and Avon Russia, marking the end of its restructuring and capital reorganization. Natura posted net revenues of R$6.2 billion in the fourth quarter of 2025 and achieved a recurring EBITDA margin of 14.6% for the full year, a year-on-year increase of 130 basis points.
The integration of Natura and Avon operations in Mexico and Argentina has already been completed, reducing transformation costs. In Brazil, digital sales increased by 24.5%, and non-relationship channels represented 22.5% of revenue, while its fintech platform Emana Pay achieved credit penetration of 41%.
For the full year, Natura posted net income of R$974 million, supported by cost efficiencies and disciplined expense management despite a challenging macroeconomic environment.
THE WHY? The restructuring allows Natura to operate with a simpler and more agile structure, focusing on profitability, digital growth and strengthening its leadership in Latin America.
