Similar to an exercise prescription, connection prescription considers factors such as frequency, intensity, time and type of interaction. It encourages people to participate in significant social interactions, either in person or virtual, with friends, family and community groups. The objective is to promote a sense of belonging, support and positive influence on the social network of one.

Adopt the virtual social connection:

In the current digital era, virtual social connections have become increasingly frequent. The social connection does not necessarily have to limit yourself to face to face interactions. Virtual platforms, such as video calls, social networks and online communities, such as the Maxpro Coaching application, can offer valuable ways to maintain and build social connections. These digital tools allow people to join geographical barriers and connect with others that share common interests and objectives.

In conclusion, social connection is a fundamental aspect of a healthy lifestyle, complementing adequate nutrition and regular exercise. The evidence presented in the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine demonstrates that social isolation and loneliness can have dredimental effects on our health. In addition, adopt virtual social connections OPSUEA new possibilities to caress and promote relationships, only in our increasingly interconnected but physically distant world. Let’s not underestimate the power of social connection in our search for a healthy and satisfactory life.
