There are a lot of nurse practitioners in the U.S.—more than 400,000 (compared to about 900,000 physicians and doctors), and we’re training 40,000 a year. But it is not entirely clear how they will be used. Lynn Rapsilber is a nurse practitioner whose organization, the National Nurse Practitioner Entrepreneur Network, is working to help her fellow nurse practitioners with their professional and business development.
