Oren Nissim is the CEO of Brook-ai which is making waves in the remote care space. Their goal is to use remote patient monitoring to help providers reduce readmissions and help patients adhere to their care plans. For example, they manage to control hypertension in more than 50% of their population in 10 weeks and reduce readmissions due to CHF by approximately 50%.
