Around 150 people celebrated the sale of a new luxury house in the market with a sausage sizzling, at the mass auction on Saturday morning.

The five bedroom house and four bathrooms in 68 Burn Street, Camp Hill, attracted 6 registered bidders for the property of 604 square meters.

Called ‘Casa Agape’, the house was built by sellers as a residence of two levels of luxury, sitting in a corner block with a Mediterranean design.

The house was built by their owners, who sought to sell it on Saturday morning at an auction.

Place Camp Hill agent, Antonio Puolo, said that the mood for the auction was already energized with the sausage sizzling that took place before the sale.

“We have a good atmosphere, the auction,” he said. “You are filling people’s bellies and having a good time. It’s something different than anyone else does.”

“There were many people walking, a lot of emotion for the home … people were eager to see where it would end.”

Families of all ages gathered for the morning jump sizzle before the battle of the wild auction.

The crowd totaled about 150 people at the top of emotion.

With 3 active vidders, the initial sacrifice of $ 3.5 million has a price of some potential buyers, which already represents the highest sale price in the street.

There was a quick jump to $ 3.6 million in the bidding process, before the sacrifices were quickly round trip with increasing offers of $ 25,000.

After more than $ 200,000 offered in addition to the initial offer, the auction was a negotiation pause, before selling for a final price of $ 3.91 million.

The luxury house, Mediterranean was sold for $ 3.91 million.

The house was bought for a mother who moved from Gold Coast to be closer to her family.

Puopolo said that sellers, a mother and dad, a couple of owners, were “on the moon” in the result of sales.

Meanwhile, the house was bought by an older couple who bought to be from their adult daughter, who could not attend in person.

“He is moving from the gold coast to be closer to his mother and his father, since he has only had one baby,” Puopolo said.

“I love the house … [and] Parents are very excited that their children are closer to them. “
