Screen Your Calls Like A Ninja

If you are like most investors, the phone will be a fairly large part of your life.

This is one of the Primary Communication Tools You will use monitoring with potential customers, closed offers and Gain. If it will be effective in your business, you must know how to manage the time of your phone – There is simply no way to avoid it.

In my business, I receive many phone calls from motivated and demotivated vendors. I also receive many calls from people trying to sell properties I don’t want to. I created a voicemail message to help me deal with this problem. The idea behind this message was to extract useful information before spending another 10 to 15 minutes calling them. This message kept me Hundreds of hours (And that is a conservative estimate).

The seller’s trip
