The measure is produced in the midst of the growing migration of the United States to Latin America, as well as the growing interest of Latin American investors in the real estate of Texas, according to MLS.
According to leaders, integration will give subscribers access to broader market data and new network opportunities in the Americas.
The decision to pursue a global data association followed an evaluation of the needs of members of 2024 for MLS unlocking and the Austin Board of Realtors’ Global Advisory Group. The results indicated that agents and corridors because better access to international tools and property ideas.
Ross Buck, CEO of Omni MLS, said the agreement reflects the shared objectives of the companies.
