The NHL players association has expressed discontent with the decision of the League to declare Carter Hart, Michael McLeod, Dillon Dube, Alex Formenton and Intelligible Foote Foote to play. This despite its incorporation of positions of sexual aggression by the judge of the Superior Court of Ontario, Maria Carroccia, on Thursday in the Canada Hockey Rehearsal.

The NHLPA argued that players should be allowed to resume their careers, since the league failure is inconsistent with the disciplinary procedures described in the collective bargaining agreement.

NHLPA’s discontent comes from NHLThe announcement that the five players, acquitted of all positions related to an alleged sexual assault of 2018 in a hotel room in London, Ontario, remain intelligible to play awaiting the review of the League of the Findings of the Court.

The trial, which concluded after an eight -week process, saw the body’s judge to govern that the plaintiff’s testimony was not “credible or reliable”, which led to the acquittal of all those accused of charges of sexual assault, including an additional position against McLeod for being part of the crime.

The position of the NHLPA, as indicated in its public response, is that the players, which have been lost during a full season of their NHL races, should be able to work immediately after their purchasing. However, the NHL justified its position in describing the behavior of players as “unacceptable” and accusations as “very disturbing”, not even considered criminals.

The League is carrying out an internal review of the judge’s conclusions to determine the next steps, which suggests that the acquittal may not guarantee an immediate return to the NHL.

Fans react to the discontent of the Association of NHL players with the league’s decision on the players after breach of Canada Hockey case of sexual assault case

NHL fans in X shared their thoughts about the discontent of the NHL players association with the league’s decision on the players after they are not guilty in the case of sexual assault of Canada hockey.

One tweeted:

“They will enjoy playing at the KHL: they have no behavior standards there.”

Other bold:

“Carter Hart will play absolutely again. I guess Michael McLeod will also do it. The NHL has no power to keep them out. Hart’s gaters are rare, McLeod less, so he was a taxpayer. Both will get jobs.”

These are some of the other main reactions in X:

“Easy Slam Dunk for the Union in this case. That was pure panouling and virtue pointing to its maximum by the NHL. Sézame”. One opined. “

“Good for the NHLPA. Shame in the NHL for playing public relations games,” Another wrote.

“I guess hockey is not for everyone. The court says they are innocent, to play.” Another questioned in.

It remains what position the NHL will have after making an internal review of the judge’s conclusions to determine the next steps.
