Common Registration Errors and Rapid Fixes

- Confirm all mandatory fields contain values and no red outlines remain visible.
- Verify your password meets the minimum ten-character length and includes the required character types.
- Ensure your uploaded document files are under 5 MB and in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format.
- Temporarily deactivate VPN services that route your connection through a non-Belgian server, as geolocation checks may block the registration.
- Whitelist [email protected] in your email client to stop verification messages from landing in spam.

Why does Win Airlines Casino ask for my national register number at registration?
We gather the national register number because Belgian law requires licensed gambling operators to check the identity and age of every player. Our system cross-references this number with the national population database to confirm you are at least 21 years old and not registered on the Excluded Persons Register. The data transfers happen over encrypted channels, and we store only a one-way hash of the number after verification is done. No human operator accesses your number in plain text during routine processing.
Can I register if I am a Belgian resident but hold a passport from another country?
Yes, you can register as long as you possess a valid Belgian residence permit. The registration form allows foreign passport numbers in the identity document field, but you must complement this with your Belgian residence card and a proof of address document connected with your Belgian domicile. The name on all three documents must be identical exactly. Our compliance team may require a certified translation if your passport uses a non-Latin script for your name, to guarantee accurate record matching.
What occurs if I am unsuccessful in the identity verification step multiple times?
This system permits three document upload tries before temporarily suspending the verification module on your account. If you encounter this limit, reach out to our compliance team through the live chat channel accessible on the login page. An agent will manually review the rejected submissions, explain the specific mismatch leading to the failure, and guide you through the resubmission process. The manual review typically unlocks your verification slot within two hours, and you can then upload corrected documents.
Can you to create more than one account at Win Airlines Casino?
Our terms of service strictly prohibit multiple accounts per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. The duplicate detection engine scans registration fields, device fingerprints, and browser characteristics to pinpoint linked accounts. If the system marks a duplicate entry, both accounts face immediate suspension pending investigation. If you lost access to your original account, use the password recovery function or contact support for restoration instead of creating a second profile to avoid a permanent ban.
For how long does the email verification link remain valid?
The activation link delivered to your inbox becomes invalid exactly 60 minutes after issuance. We selected this period to combine security with convenience. If the link runs out before you click it, sign in to winairlinescasino-be.eu/login/ with the account info you created during registration. The system will detect your unverified status and present a “Resend Verification” button on the dashboard. You can generate a new link up to five times per day. After the fifth request, a 24-hour cooldown activates to prevent abuse.
Does Win Airlines Casino accept a digital bank statement as proof of address?
We accept digital bank statements if they meet specific criteria. The document must be a PDF generated directly from your banking portal listing your name, full residential address, the bank’s logo, and a statement date within the last 90 days. Screenshots of your mobile banking app are not allowed because they can be easily altered. If your bank sends encrypted statements, retrieve the file and upload it without password protection; our system cannot read encrypted attachments during the automated review stage.
What should I do if I am locked out of my two-factor authentication device?
If you forget access to your authenticator app or registered mobile phone, use one of the ten single-use backup codes you obtained during the two-factor setup. Type the backup code on the login challenge screen exactly as written, including the dashes. Each code functions only once. After you restore access, proceed immediately to security settings and produce a fresh set of backup codes while deactivating the old set. If you used up all backup codes, call phone support for identity revalidation, which requires a video call confirming your identity documents.
