Berkeley – An armed man fired on April 13 by the police who responds to an incident of domestic violence is the same person Arrested last month after activating a stunning gun that turned a protest at a Tesla dealershipAccording to authorities and judicial records.
The suspect, Ricardo González Ruiz, 33, who was reserved in the Santa Rita prison on Tuesday after a stay at the Leghy Hospital, accused of April 18, 17 serious crimes accounts as a result of the confrontation of April 13.

The officers secured the area, evacuated nearby apartments and begged to negotiate with Ruiz while making sure that people inside the apartment were safe.
While the police were out of the building, they could hear shots inside, authorities said.
When Ruiz left the apartment around 7:40 am, armed with an AEA HP SS Air gun that shoots granules, he allegedly pointed it to the officers and received a subcontracting shot, authorities said. There was some evidence that indicated that he shot the gun and then recovered a shotgun in his department, they added.
Police said they will release more details of the shooting, including the video, in the coming weeks.
Ruiz, who is also called Rick Fuze, was arrested on March 22 that became a protest for about 175 people at the 4th Street Tesla dealership in Berkeley. The authorities described him as the lonely counterprothester, who approached the crowd by bicycle.
When several protesters blocked their way, he pledged to them, allegedly wielding a stunned gun and activating it. A Berkeley nearby police officer monitoring the protest heard that the weapon was activated and arrested. No one was beaten by the stunning and Ruiz gun later said he was acting in self -defense. It was possible released from custody pending a review of the case by prosecutors.
