A woman from Georgia was arrested after the investigators discovered disturbing images of a young child in her care harassed with belts and yarn, only months after she was handcuffed for giving the child grab, the police said.
Brooke Morgan Bestpitch, 24 years Fox 5 Atlanta reported.
Police launched an investigation in December upon learning of “abusive activities” in a house in Hall County.
Bestpitch was initiated by bars on February 6 by a reckless conduct position after the initial investigation discovered that he allegedly gave the child a doobie and allowed him to smoke him, said the Sheriff’s office.
She published a bail of $ 1,300 and was released from jail the next day.
