The chief coach of the giants, Brian Daboll, seemed quite happy with the selection while sitting on the podium in the installation of giants in East Rutherford, NJ

Daboll said he sat down for breakfast with Carter when he visited the weekend of his daughter King’s parents.
“We had a great breakfast, a great meeting. He is a big boy, he is an exceptional player,” Daboll said. “He has great speed, Bles, it’s hard to block, he played the ball the previous year and also had some instincts in that area. Smart, he only had a great meeting with him.
“He has a great personality, it is very fun to be close and he is a good football player.”
