The video captured by Marilu Domingo Ortiz shows the ice agents breaking the window of her husband Juan Francisco Méndez while the couple waited for her lawyer, Ondine Galvez Sniffin, in New Bedford, Massachusetts. According to Sniffin, Méndez has legal status in the United States, and agents seemed to be looking for someone with a different name. Méndez is now detained at the Stafford County Center in Dover, New Hampshire, raising serious concerns of his lawyer.
