Jacob Elordi revealed that he was briefly moving away from acting until he was sacrificed a role in the next film by the Oscar winning director “Wuthering Heights”.

Elordi also praised his co -star of “Wuthering Heights” Margot Robbie for his “incredible” performance in the film.

Fennell, 39, directs, writes and produces the adaptation of Emily Brontë’s romantic novel. The film comes out in February 2026. Fennell, Robbie and Elordi previously worked on “Saltburn”.
Robbie, who plays Catherine Earnshaw with Heathcliff de Elordi, previously praised Fennell cinema in a January 2024 interview with Variety.

Elordi told Indiewire that he and the 60 -year -old bull saw Frankenstein’s films of the 1930s to prepare for filming.
