Japan to kick off tariff negotiations with Trump in Washington

President Trump said that Japan will begin tariff negotiations with the United States in Washington on Wednesday, becoming one of the first countries to prove his will to yield Radical rates.

“I will attend the meeting, together with the secretaries of the Treasury and Commerce. I hope you can solve something that is good (great!) For Japan and the United States!”

A day arrives after the Trump administration said that sacrifices of at least 15 nations had been presented for commercial voice agreements after the president’s announcement last week of a 90 -day break on reciprocal tariffs.

Before the 90 -day pause, Japan was beaten with 24% levies in exports to us.

He thought that a 10% universal rate still remains in place, as well as a 25% service for cars.
