Motorist allegedly tried to run Tesla off the road at 100mph

A fast motorist supposedly tried to run a Tesla on a Utah highway while accelerating approximately 100 mph.

Oscar Fayani, 27, was arrested on Friday after the Utah road patrol soldiers say that he intentionally hit a tesla while driving at speeds of more than 100 mph in the interest 80 near Tooele, about 40 miles southwest Salt Lake City, KSL.com reported.

The soldiers were asked to be attentive to an “reckless driver” that led west in the interstatal as they call the calls saying that a golden sedan was “furious with a black tesla” and drove 115-120 mph, said an affidavit of police reserve.

Tesla’s driver told the police that the Golden car took him “on purpose to get him out of the road,” according to the affidavit.

The Tesla driver admitted to having conducted more than 100 mph while the Golden sedan was spraying him, according to the affidavit.

Tesla’s driver declared: “He was trying to move away from the suspicious vehicle. He said he tried to leave, wait a few minutes and return to the highway. He said that after returning to the highway, the golden sedan”, “,”, “,”, “,”, “,”, “,”, “,”, “,”, “,”, “,”, “”, ”

“The driver declared that the suspect intentionally tried to his lane and push him out of the road,” according to the affidavit.

While other vehicles tried to pass the gold sedan, “the suspicious vehicle stopped in front of them, cutting them and causing a close accident,” according to the trial report, which cited the whiteness.

The soldiers arrested the sedan and discovered that their driver, Fayani, had a suspended license.

The authorities also located “two small bags with residues of a white powder substance, consisting of or cocaine or similar use of drugs” in the rear seat of their car.

Fayani was admitted to Tooele County prison for aggravated assault investigation, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.

All counts come with improvements to penalize anger on the road if they are convicted.

Fayani was also arrested for drugs in possession or drug paraphernalia.
