A campus supervisor in Ramona High School in Riverside was arrested under suspicion of remembering to meet with a minor by sex and commit other crimes on Tuesday morning, according to Judgment records of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
Lance Richard Herdan, 45, was hired under suspicion of sending harmful matter to a child and two contact positions with a minor with the intention of committing lascivious behavior, according to records. The Unified School District of Riverside put Herdan on administrative license, the district said in a media statement.
The Riverside County Infant Team arrested Herdan in his apartment in Jackson Street in Riverside on Tuesday morning after complying with a court order. He was released with a $ 50,000 bonus on the same day, According to the department of the Riverside County Sheriff.
The district said it is cooperating with the investigation.
