Stanford sets NCAA softball attendance record in loss to Cal

Stanford Establish an NCAA Softball Assistance Record on Saturday, attracting a crowd or 13,207 to ITSS soccer On one afternoon with a sun dish for the final game of the Big Swing series against its rival Cal.

The bears spoiled the holiday, winning 10-8 to avoid being swept in the series of three games.

The assistance number broke the previous record of 12,566, established on the first day of the World Series of the University of Women of 2024 last May. The regular season record was 8,930, which Oklahoma established a game against Texas in March 2023.

The opportunity for Stanford to break the assistance brand was one of the benefits of playing at home at the Stanford stadium this season, since the program installation of programs suffers a renewal of $ 50 million.
