The reports occur after the Head of Defense attracted the scrutiny last month on discussions about military plans in another group chat.

The Secretary of Defense of the United States, Pete Hegseeth, shared details about the raids of bombings planned in Yemen in a second chat of group of signals that included his wife, brother and personal lawyer, the US media has been informed.

The reports arrive after Hegseeth attracted the scrutiny last month when the editor -in -chief of Atlantic magazine revealed that the chief of defense had Shared details About the next air attacks in the Houthi rebels in a group of signals to which the journalist had been added by error.

Hegseeth’s discussions in the second group chat similarly involved the planned strikes on the huti goals in Yemen, the New York Times and CNN reported on Sunday, citing multiple unidentified sources.

The information shared by Hegseeth in the second chat included “flight schedules for Hornets F/A-18 aimed at the hutis in Yemen,” said the Times, citing “people with knowledge of the chat.”

Hegseeth established the second group chat before confirmation as Secretary of Defense to coordinate with members of his personal and professional intimate circle, the media said.

Hegesh’s brother, Phil, and his personal lawyer, Tim Parlatore, are employed in the Department of Defense, but his wife, Jennifer, a former Fox News producer is not.

In response to an investigation by Al Jazeera, the spokesman of the Chief Pentagon Sean Parnell called the reports an “old story, back from the dead.”

“The media that hate Trump are still obsessed with destroying anyone committed to President Trump’s agenda,” Parnell said in a statement.

“This time, the New York Times, and all the other false news that repeat their garbage, are taking with enthusiasm the complaints of former discontent employees such as the alone sources of their article. They trusted only in the words of the people who were fired this week and seem to have a reason to sabotage the secretary and the president of the president.”

Parnell said no information classified in any signal chat had been shared.

“What is true is that the Secretary of Defense’s office continues to be stronger and more efficient to execute the agenda of President Trump. We have already achieved a lot for the US warrior, and we will never go back.

The dissemination of military information in the first chat of the group of signals, which included Hegseeth, the American vice president JD Vance and national security advisor Michael Waltz, among other senior officials of the administration of the president of the United States, Donald Byp, is currently an investigation.

The last controversion involving Hegseeth’s leadership follows a week of Divis personnel personnel in the Pentagon.

Four members of the Internal Circle of Hegseeth, including his former press secretary, John Ullyot, have been eliminated during the last week in the middle of a driving investigation on information leaks.

On Sunday, Ullyot said the Pentagon was in “disorder” and “total chaos” under the leadership of the chief of defense.

“Dysfunction is now a great distraction for the president, which deserves something better of his superior leadership,” Ulfot wrote in an opinion article published by Polito magazine.

Ulfot announced his resignation on Wednesday, after the departures of Colin Carroll, head of the General Secretary of Vice Mattational Defense Stephen Feinberg; Darin Selnick, Deputy Director of the Cabinet of Hegseeth; And Dan Caldwell, one of Hegseeth’s assistants.

In a statement on Sunday, Carroll, Selnick and Caldwell said they had been slander and subjected to “founding attacks” before their dismissal.

“We all attend to our country honorably in uniform: for two of us, this included implementations in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. And, according to our collective service, we understand the importance of information security and work it,”

“At this time, we still have no legs why they investigated us exactly, if there is still an active investigation, or if there was only a real investigation of ‘leaks’ to begin with.”
