Ukraine said Thursday that he had signed the base of a mineral agreement with the United States, although the details of the scheme agreement have not yet been announced.

Yulia Svyrydenko, Minister of Economic Development and Commerce of Ukraine, said that both parties had signed a “memorandum of intention” that was the basis of an agreement that will probably see Ukraine and the United States jointly develop the natural bailouts of the country.
