Aptus Value Housing Finance, on Tuesday, registered an increase of 26 percent year -on -year in the net gain for the quarter that ended in March 2025 in the strong growth of disbursements. The net profit for the quarter of March was ₹ 207 million rupees compared to ₹ 164 million rupees in the same quarter the last prosecutor.

However, unrealized gross assets (GNPA) increased marginally to 1.19 percent in the quarter ending in March 2025 compared to 1.07 percent in Q4Fy24. The net NPA was 0.89 percent in March 2025 compared to 0.80 percent in the same quarter last year.
“As on March 31, 2025, we maintained a sufficient liquidity of around ₹ 1,155 million rupees, including sanctions not started from ₹ 678 million rupees. The company is well capitalized with a net worth of 4,317 million rupees and the central adaptation said.
